Holly Andrewes
Dr Holly Andrewes (BA (Hons), BCom, MA (ClinPsy), PhD) is a clinical psychologist and post-doctoral research fellow at Orygen Youth Health and the University of Melbourne. Dr Andrewes completed her PhD in 2018 under Prof. Andrew Chanen at Orygen Youth Health. Her PhD research investigated the phenomenology of self-harm in youth with severe personality disorder. She has worked in public mental health in dual clinical and research roles since this time, predominantly with individuals with personality disorders. From 2013-2018 Dr Andrewes co-facilitated dialectical behaviour therapy groups for adolescents and adults with severe personality disorder. From 2018-2022 she worked with mothers with severe personality disorder and their infants at Austin Health and in 2022 Dr Andrewes rejoined Orygen Youth Health to work in the HYPE stream. Dr Andrewes’ research has focused primarily on using ecological momentary assessment to collect self-report and biological feedback in youth with severe personality disorder.
