Rachel C Bailey
Dr Rachel Bailey is a Clinical Psychologist and Senior Research Fellow with the Project Air Strategy for Personality Disorders.
Rachel completed her PhD in 2014 with the Project Air Strategy, focussing on the experience and support needs of families and carers of people with lived experience of personality disorder. She then went on to enhance her clinical skills by working in private practice, public outpatient, inpatient and forensic settings. During this time, Rachel completed comprehensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and continued to develop an interest in both the research and clinical treatment of people with personality disorders and associated conditions.
Rachel returned to Project Air Strategy in 2021 to further pursue her passion in contributing to the evidence-base and best-practice in understanding and treating personality disorders and related issues, identity, attachment, complex trauma, grief, forensics, and supporting families and carers.
