Celeste M Benetti
Dr Celeste Benetti is a Clinical Psychologist in Melbourne, Australia, working both in private practice and at the Alfred Child and Youth Mental Health Service (Alfred CYMHS). She is an Anna Freud Centre, London, accredited MBT Supervisor and Trainer. She supervises and coordinates the MBT Program at the Alfred where she is also the Practice Lead for Complex Trauma involving both direct clinical work and service and skills development across the service for young people aged 0 to 26 years and their families and systems. Celeste started the MBT Program in 2015 and implemented the MBT Family and Carers Training and Support Program (MBT-FACTS) for family and carers of young people with BPD or related difficulties in 2019 as a Delayed Treatment Randomised Control Trial. Celeste has worked with young people and adults with Borderline Personality Disorder and their families for over 15 years. Celeste’s private practice work is with adults, adolescents, parents, and families.
