Paula Errazuirz

Paula Errázuriz studied Psychology at P. Universidad Católica de Chile, an M.A. in Psychology at Boston University, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Since 2010 she works at the Psychology Department of P. Universidad Católica de Chile, where she is an associate professor, member of the Clinical Area, faculty of the Master in Clinical Psychology and the Ph.D. in Psychotherapy. Her research focuses on psychotherapy process and outcome, depression, trauma, and public mental health, and has been funded by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), the Chilean National Fund for Science and Technology (CONICYT), and the VRI UC. Since 2015, she also works at the Millennium Institute for Research in Depression and Personality (MIDAP), where she is an associate researcher. Paula is a certified psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. She has a private practice and previously worked at the Danielsen Institute at Boston University and Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School. She has vast clinical experience in a variety of settings in Chile and the United States, including inpatient and outpatient services in psychiatric and general hospitals, community clinics, and university counseling centers.
